We had Charlie Boak from Lawn Tech out today to treat the perimeter of our house for pests, and we couldn’t be happier with the service! Charlie was friendly, professional, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. We have a problem with grass spiders, so he went above and beyond by taking extra time to treat our flower beds, mulch, and rock walls—not just the perimeter of the house. He also spent additional time really focusing on the area where we have a bee infestation to make sure that area received the attention it needed. I really appreciate someone who doesn’t just rush through the job, but takes pride in doing it thoroughly and making sure the customer is taken care of. Charlie did exactly that. Great service and a great representative of Lawn Tech! We will definitely be happy to have him back!
